How do I sign up or create an account?

You can register here, or by clicking "create account" in the navigation bar.

I forgot my password, how do I change it?

You can reset your password here or by clicking "Forgot Password?" at the login page.

I purchased your software, where can I view my licenses and download it?

Please visit here. You can also hover over your username in the navigation bar, and click "My Licenses".

Payment

Do you offer a perpetual license?

Due to popular request, as of March 24th, 2021 we now offer a perpetual license for our software. You can see the offer by viewing the product page, and scrolling down to the purchasing options.

It says my card was declined, what do I do?

If your card was declined, please try using a different payment method, or try paying with PayPal. If you are still having trouble, then contact support@zerebrix.com

I already paid for your software with PayPal, but I do not see any active licenses.

If you paid with PayPal please allow for a few minutes for your payment to be processed. You will receive an email when your payment is processed.

How do I cancel the subscription?

If you paid with a credit/debit card, you can cancel your subscription here or by hovering over your username and clicking "My Licenses". If you paid with PayPal you must cancel through PayPal.

What happens if I cancel a subscription?

When the subscription is canceled you will not be billed for the next period, and you can continue to use the software until the current period is over. You can also always reactivate before your period ends.

Technical

How do I use your products?

If you would like to learn more about how to use a particular product please visit the products page, select a product, and click "see demo". This will allow you to watch a tutorial on how to use our software on YouTube.

Whenever I try opening AudioMint or AudioRose, the program just shows a black screen.

It looks like your computer does not support OpenGL. Please uninstall AudioMint, and try this alternative installer for AudioMint and for AudioRose.

The AudioMint Installer will not open. How can I install?

If the installer will not run on your computer, please send us an email at support@zerebrix.com, and we will send you a .zip file instead of a .msi file.

I can still hear some background vocals and reverb in the isolated background. How can I remove this?

If you would like to remove all background vocals, we would recommend running your audio file through the separator a second time. This will remove lingering vocals.

I still need more help. Where can I ask for help troubleshooting?

We recommend all users post questions regarding any of our software on the public forum , this will give you the opportunity to receive help in the most timely fashion. If you would rather ask a question privately, then feel free to contact us or send an email to support@zerebrix.com.
